IVIS Kinetic:

The IVIS Kinetic from Caliper Life Sciences provides a real time, fast imaging system enabling acquisition of biologically relevant events within milliseconds. The IVIS Kinetic can perform both quantitative luminescence and fluorescence as a standard high signal to noise imager and as a high speed imager. The system includes a highly sensitive EMCCD camera for signal enhancement and the ability to reduce exposure times enabling fast kinetics. From the leading optical imaging platform for in vivo analysis, IVIS systems are supported by a range of practical accessories developed through experience in research laboratories worldwide. The IVIS Kinetic offers a light-tight injection port which supporting a syringe injector system enabling real time compound and/or substrate administration. A removable pull-out tray is available to facilitate pre-imaging animal procedures.

IVIS Spectrum:

The IVIS Spectrum is the newest imaging system available from Caliper Life Sciences. Like previous IVIS systems, it uses Xenogen’s novel patented optical imaging technology to facilitate non-invasive longitudinal monitoring of disease progression, cell trafficking and gene expression patterns in living animals.

The IVIS Spectrum is the most versatile and advanced in vivo imaging system available on the market today. An optimized set of high efficiency filters and spectral un-mixing algorithms lets you take full advantage of bioluminescent and fluorescent reporters across the blue to near infrared wavelength region. It also offers single-view 3D tomography for both fluorescent and bioluminescent reporters that can be analyzed in an anatomical context using our Digital Mouse Atlas.

IVIS Lumina XR:

IVIS Lumina XR offers all the benefits of IVIS Lumina together with x-ray.  Precise optical and X-ray overlay allows you to bring your optical signal into anatomical context.
The IVIS Lumina XR is capable of imaging all common fluorescent and bioluminescent reporters or dyes. The system is equipped with up to 21 filter sets to image reporters that emit from green to near-infrared.

High resolution, sharp cut-off filters are simply interchangeable to achieve the highest performance, sensitivity and spectral unmixing. IVIS Lumina XR also accommodates Petri dishes or micro-titer plates for in vitro imaging. The system can incorporate premium animal handling features such as a heated stage, gas anesthesia connections and a syringe injection system for simultaneous compound administration.

MAESTRO:

Award-winning CRi Maestro systems enable in vivo fluorescence imaging of small animals with unprecedented sensitivity. Maestro provides users with a patented method of removing autofluorescence emitted from images of skin and other tissues to reveal otherwise hard-to-detect labeled targets of interest. The dramatic improvement in signal-to-noise can increase sensitivity up to several hundred-fold, enabling much smaller or fainter signals from biological targets to be detected earlier and accurately measured. The increased sensitivity over standard imaging techniques provided by Maestro’s high-quality spectral imaging technology enable experiments and models which simply cannot be performed on any other system.
